Delete your Trahle account
Trahle (TRAHLE) lets trainers delete their account and associated data.
How to delete your account in the app
This is the primary way to delete your Trahle account:
- Open the Trahle app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
How to request deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-app flow, you can also request deletion by email:
- Email support@trahle.com from the email address on your Trahle account.
- Use subject: Delete my Trahle account.
- Include your registered name and 10-digit mobile number.
- We verify the request belongs to that account, then delete it.
What we delete
- Your trainer account (name, email, phone, profile photo)
- Clients, sessions, packages, attendance, payment notes, and other records stored in that account
- Firebase Authentication for that account
What we may keep for a limited time
Records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting reasons, then delete or anonymize when that period ends.
Timing
We aim to complete deletion within 14 days of verifying the request.
Partial deletion
To change or remove some data without closing the account, email support@trahle.com with details.
